Most consultants choose: either they think along on strategy, or they build things. I never wanted to make that choice.
I've been working in B2B tech since 2012. I started with HubSpot implementations and grew into go-to-market strategy, marketing, sales, and eventually fractional GTM roles. Throughout it all, I kept seeing that the pieces don't work in isolation.
A brilliant content strategy without a working CRM is pointless. A perfectly configured CRM without sharp positioning is too. I'm the person who connects the dots and then gets to work.

I don't just write the plan, I build the workflows, configure the CRM, and set up the funnels. No handoff to another team, no lost context.

Over the years I've worked with dozens of B2B companies, from startup to enterprise. That breadth means I recognise patterns and get to the core faster.
AI-native way of working
I don't use AI as a consulting topic but as a daily tool. Claude, automation pipelines, enrichment workflows. As one person I deliver the output that normally takes a small team.
GTM AI and Pack of Nodes
GTM AI is my consulting and implementation practice. This is where the strategic relationship lives: I set the direction, make the diagnosis, and work hands-on on your go-to-market.
Pack of Nodes is the HubSpot collective I co-founded. When a project needs more HubSpot capacity or specific technical expertise, I bring in Pack of Nodes. You keep one point of contact, but get the firepower of a team.
How I work
I work on a project basis or via a monthly retainer, depending on what fits your situation. Always transparent about scope and costs. Weekly check-ins so you know exactly where things stand. Based in Rhenen. Meetings remote or face-to-face in the Utrecht/Gelderland region.
